A 37 year old man was arrested by City Police for beating up another man he was living with on Webster Street.
Police Sergeant Chuck Breen says the physical altercation ensued from an argument the two got into. The victim says he was held down, punched repeatedly in the face, chocked and threatened.
Police were called after the man arrested had passed out.
Police are also investigating after hearing from a woman who said a driver spit at her in the parking lot outside Walmart.
The woman said she was boxed in by the other driver and asked him to move so she could leave.
