Port CEO Jim Quinn says he knew that Kent MacIntyre has another eco-hub to complete on Harbour Passage.
He says he sat down and visualized with Kent imaging the eco-hub at the end of the trailer and that was about all it took so the design is done and construction is underway.
Quinn says they hope to be cutting a ribbon on the completed trail extension on July 1st.
