Marissa Shephard’s trial for first degree murder and arson isn’t going to start until next winter.
The trial is scheduled to run from February 12th, until May 18th.
At her court appearance today Shephard appeared composed and attentive as the lawyers and judge settled on a trial date.
She is the third person facing charges relating to the death of 18-year old Baylee Wylie.
Devin Morningstar was convicted last November of first degree murder and arson – but he has since appealed.
Tyler Noel pleaded guilty to second degree murder and arson, and will be sentenced July 12th.
