The People’s Alliance Party of New Brunswick intends to have candidates running in all 49 ridings for the September election.
Leader Kris Austin says although many voters seem to be embracing the party, it’s often a struggle to get noticed in the mainstream media.
“We issued a press release several months ago and the NDP issued something that is very similar, and yet we get no coverage and the NDP gets the front page, so we constantly have that battle that we fight against.”
Health care advocate Lucy Goguen has been announced as the 12th candidate representing the People’s Alliance for the riding of Moncton Southwest.
