Thousands of folks have been dragonboating at Renforth for a decade all to benefit St. Joe’s.
Special Events Co-ordinator Jill Logan tells us they are raising money to buy 6 peices of surgical equipment for day surgery.
She says it has a big price tag of $250,000 and she says they want to put a big push on for the last few days to reach that goal.
Logan says they have a few surprises for the 10th anniversary edition of the Dragonboat Festival including Captain Kidd who will give away loot at Saturday’s event.
