11 tenants can’t go home for the time being after a fire at an apartment building in Windsor, which is just north of Woodstock.
The Red Cross is helping out all of the people with a place to stay, food and clothing.
The fire extensively damaged the four-unit apartment building at 7286 Highway 104.
