Provincial NDP leader Dominic Cardy will be campaigning today with federal NDP leader Thomas Mulcair.
Cardy will be making a stop in Saint John after proposing more than 35 million dollars be spent on early childhood education and literacy.
He has pledged to raise the literacy rate in the province from 56 per cent up to 90 per cent.
