A 25 year old man is due in court today facing charges in the murder of a Peel woman.
The body of 52 year old Phyllis Roy was discovered in her burned home on March 2nd.
A home in Peel was engulfed in flames when emergency crews arrived at 4:45 Monday morning.
The name of the man and the charges he faces will be revealed in court.
