The family of Phyllis Roy releasing a statement saying they are devastated to learn of her death earlier this week and knowing it was not accidental makes it even harder to deal with.
She is described as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and cherished friend adding her heart was filled with love, laughter and commitment to her family.
In a statement released by the RCMP, the family offers thanks to those who have and continue to extend their kindness with them.
