City Gets Application To Transform St Patrick’s School

A rezoning application has been made to the city that would repurpose the now closed St Patrick’s School on City Line.

Andreas Holmes and his wife Nicole want to convert the building into office and restaurant space as well as for light industrial use. The establishment of a micro-brewery is one suggested use.

For this to all happen, Common Council would have to first approve rezoning. A public hearing will be held in April.

The school, owned by the Catholic Diocese, was closed in 2014 because of structural problems.
