Saint John firefighters battling a blaze at a garage in Red Head that spread to two buildings that were close by.
Platoon Chief Peter Saab says firefighters responded to the scene on Avon Court at 7pm and crews launched an aggressive outside attack on the fully involved garage fire while extinguishing the fire on both neighbouring buildings at the same time.
Saab says the garage is a total loss, and both the house at 7 Avon Court and building at 11 Avon Court sustained fire damage.
Nobody was hurt and the cause is currently under investigation by the fire department.
