Today is UN World Happiness Day, and a recent report shows Canada in the top 10 Happiest Countries.
We ranked 6th out of 157 countries with data collected between 2013 and 2015.
The top ranked countries were Denmark, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Finland in slots 1 to 5 respectively.
The report measures six standards, including GDP per capita, life expectancy and social support.
The United States ranked 13th, with the United Kingdom ten spots down the line at 23rd and Russia was more than a third of the way down the list at 56.
The least happy countries were Togo, Syria and Burundi.
