Spikes and volleys on the Tucker Park campus today will help keep the fun going for kids on the Lower West side.
Canaport LNG is hosting the annual Charity Co-Ed Volley Tournament in the UNB Saint John gym.
All proceeds go to the Carleton Community Centre and Chuck Edison tells us its a huge help for them.
He says it’s the 5th year and every year Canaport LNG is able to donate between $10,000 and $15,000 towards the operation of the community centre.
Edison the money generated from the tourney pays for breakfast and lunch programs and their cooking classes.
22 teams will take part from all over the area and the tourney continues all day at UNB Saint John.
