A decision on the request for $2-million in funding from the province towards the renovations at the Saint John City Market could likely be coming within the next couple of months.

“This project, the City Market, is very important and it is pegged as a priority but at the same time there’s a lot of you know very meaningful and very wonderful projects that are in front of us that are seeking funding,” Doucet tells us.
