A number of fires throughout the region this holiday weekend.
A garbage dump fire in Kentville has been burning for four days because of so much debris.
A Fredericton man in his early 60’s died in hospital after a fire in a first floor apartment at a building on Gibson Street. The dead man’s wife and adult son were not home at the time.
The Fredericton Fire Department reports there was a lot of smoke inside the apartment where the man was discovered.
