We need to do more in New Brunswick about Lyme Disease according to Provincial Green Party leader David Coon.
He calls it a growing but unrecognised problem.
Coon says New Brunswickers who are afflicted travel to the U.S. for treatment but others, who can’t afford it, suffer and sometimes become incapacitated.
Coon points out the Legislature called on the Health Department as far back as 2013 to find solutions but nothing has been done as far as he can see.
