The power of an inclusive community is the focus of a new film making its debut this week in Saint John.
“Including Me-Ben’s Story” is about Ben George who was born in the early 90’s and his parents were told he would never walk, talk or communicate.
Rhoda Welshman of ReAction Events tells us the film shows how Ben’s life has changed from where he began to where he is now.
He says where he is now is really something because against all odds he is now a university student at UNB Saint John.
The Hemmings house production called “Including Me-Ben’s Story” has its world premiere this Wednesday night at St. Mac’s.
It’s free to attend but you are asked to sign up online. To find the link, click here
