Bordertown got the most rain in the province this week, and the numbers are a little shocking.
From the low pressure system that hovered over the Maine / New Brunswick border on Wednesday, October 25th, and Thursday, October 26th, St. Stephen received more than 174 mms of rain.
Back in 2010, the Great Flood in Charlotte County brought the same amounts of rainfall, although the ground was frozen at the time and caused widespread flooding in many communities.
This past summer has been the driest in a decade, with the months of June through September only accumulating 180 mms of rain.
