24 year old Justin Bourque in court today in Moncton being formally charged with three counts of 1st degree murder and two counts of attempted murder in the deaths of three Codiac RCMP officers and the wounding of two others.
Neither side requested a psychiatric evaluation of the man and he’s due back in court next month.
