Changes are coming to the McAllister Place mall on the city’s east side.
General Manager David Greene says the leasing team is working hard to redevelop the mall and are talking to retailers every day.
Green admits traffic has slowed down since Sobeys left the mall but says an agreement has been reached to fill the space in the fall of 2018.
He couldn’t tell us who will be filling the space, but says the new retailer moving in will have a very positive impact on the mall.
If you’ve been in the mall recently you probably noticed the new Dollarama and Greene says Goodlife Fitness and Party City will be filling up the remaining space where Target was.
Greene says he also has a couple other deals in the works.
