After two seasons, Danny Flynn is calling it quits as the head coach of the Saint John Sea Dogs to ‘pursue other opportunities.’
In a release from the Sea Dogs, Flynn says that he feels the time is right for him to move on, that it was great to be part of two outstanding seasons and that he really enjoyed his time with the team.
With Flynn as coach, the Sea Dogs won the 2017 QMJHL President Cup and made it to the semifinals of the 2017 MasterCard Memorial Cup.
Thank you to Danny Flynn for two great seasons with the @SJSeaDogs! We wish him the very best in the next stage of his career.
