A charge under the motor vehicle act will be laid after an SUV struck a pole on Loch Lomond Road and landed in someone’s yard.
It happened between Courtenay Avenue and Westmorland Road and traffic was blocked for a period of time.
Saint John Energy was called to the scene to repair some wires.
Two people were sent to hospital for treatment and the vehicle involved was seriously damage.
The pole snapped off and most of it was laying on the road.
