The world of work is being transformed because of technology and the Chief Economist with the Business Development Bank, Pierre Cleroux says both workers and businesses will have to up their game to keep pace.
Cleroux says for workers, it means continually upgrading their skills and he says many businesses are using that as part of their strategy.
Cleroux doesn’t think artificial intelligence will result in the massive job losses many people fear, pointing out artificial intelligence is already being used to manage businesses better.
