A woman in her late 70s has suffered minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle in north end Saint John.
Sgt. Greg Oram with the Saint John Police Force said it happened in the Adelaide Street area around 1 p.m. Friday.
Police said the driver was issued a ticket for failing to yield the right-of-way to someone in a crosswalk.
They said the woman received a cut to the back of her head and was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
