The city cancelling it’s plans to demolish the building that once housed the Reversing Falls Restaurant, leading some to believe you’ll be able to eat there sometime in the future.
There was a $1 million dollar offer made by Max Kotlowski to purchase the building.
The Saint John Development corporation is supporting the proposal to re-develop the now closed Falls restaurant to be used as a refurbished restaurant
In an email from Max Kotlowski to CHSJ News, he seems confident a deal will go through, but prefers not to say anything until a final agreement is reached.
There has been talk of that site being turned into a look-out and before that as a possible location for the Marco Polo Replica Tall Ship.
