The cause of a fire in a vacant house in East Saint John is being looked into by fire investigators.
The call came in about the blaze at 22 Belgrave Street in a one and a half storey bungalow about 430 pm.

Saint John fire crews contained the fire to the rear kitchen area but the damage to the building is extensive.
16 firefighters were on scene for about 90 minutes.
