Environment Canada says the Saint John region can expected to see 5 to 10 cm of snow today accompanied by very strong winds which will cause some blowing snow conditions.
This nor’ easter, the fourth in two weeks, will wrap up around supper time and then it will be cloudy skies and windy for this evening and overnight.
As a precaution, all schools in Anglophone District South were closed for the day and in Francophone District South schools in Saint John and Quispamsis were closed.
NBCC also closed its saint John and AHEC Campus.
Both NB Power and Saint John Energy have crews on stand by but do not anticipate any major outages from this system.
