The Horizon Health Network, in partnership with its hospital foundations and auxiliaries, is now offering free wireless internet access for patients at the Regional Hospital, St. Joseph’s and Grand Manan Hospital.
Free WiFi is viewed as enhancing the hospital experience for patients as well as more easily keeping their families up to date with how they’re doing.
Katie Rogers, President of the Saint John Regional Hospital Auxiliary’s Board of Directors adds it may also help younger patients keep up with their school work as they recover.
