Gas And Diesel Prices Lower Once Again

Gas and diesel prices are down once again this week in New Brunswick.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusted prices on Wednesday night.

Regular self-serve is now selling for a maximum price of just over $1.89 per litre, a drop of 5.5 cents.

Prices have fallen by just over 30 cents per litre since peaking at $2.196 per litre in early June.

Diesel prices dropped by nearly two cents overnight to a new maximum price of $2.08 per litre.

Most local stations are selling both fuels for a few cents less.

Meanwhile, the price for heating oil fell by nearly two cents to a new maximum of under $1.87 per litre.

Propane prices fell by less than a cent to a maximum of $1.24 per litre.

Fuel prices are reset every Wednesday night in New Brunswick.
