Rachel Gillespie of NBCC tells us the cost of food is a big one for a lot of students but it can also be used to cover medical expenses.
“Many of our students have families themselves carrying for young ones or elderly parents. There is a great need for this type of critical aid funding in the college.” Gillespie said.
