Health Canada has ordered a recall of Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play Sleepers due to reports of deaths in the United States.
The federal department says the sleeper does not meet the requirements for bassinets under government regulations.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Amazon for a full refund.
