Gale Miller speaking up in court at the Saint John Law Courts building at an appearance for Jesse Reynolds who was not there.
His is facing a charge of committing an indignity to a body in the death of Jessica Miller in July.
Reynold’s lawyer David Lutz disagreed that the court process is taking a long time.
He says there is another matter presently before the courts that took three years to investigate
but he expects resolution on this matter over the next month.
20 year old Jessica Miller from Apohaqui was reported missing in early July and her body was found in woods west of Saint John days later.
Reynolds is due back in court on September 11th for election and plea.
