The provincial Liberals are stepping up their attacks Opposition leader Blaine Higgs over his role in the LNG tax concession granted Irving Oil back in 2005.
The Liberals say they will be introducing a formal resolution in the Legislature with three questions for Higgs……Does he still believe the Canaport LNG tax concession was a good deal for the people of Saint John? Does he believe the Canaport LNG tax deal was rushed minus consultation and input from the people of Saint John and explain what role he had in urging Saint Johnners to accept the tax deal.
