Saint John police say a man has died following an incident uptown on the weekend.
Officers discovered the 59-year-old man unconscious just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Waterloo and Union streets.
He was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries on Sunday.
The Major Crime Unit is investigating. Anyone with any information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
