Mindfulness Program In N.B. To Assist in Lowering Stress During COVID-19

In an effort to help improve mental wellness in New Brunswick, the province has launched a 30-day mindfulness challenge.

It has partnered with MindWell-U to provide information on ways to lower stress, increase resiliency and improve well-being.

The challenge starts every Monday and takes around five to 10 minutes to complete.

Programs include a live webinar series, which will focus on a new topic each month, and there are also weekly drop-in classes.
