The Chicago White Sox have suspended their ace pitcher Chris Sale for five days after a disupte over weating the 1976 throwback uniforms for Saturday’s game. Sale considered the uniform to be uncomfortable.
Russia will not be banned from the Olympic Games in Rio following the country’s doping scandal. The International Olympic Committee held an emergency meeting and will instead leave the decision up to individual sports federations to decide whether Russian athletes are clean and can take part in the games.

Two harness racing drivers were treated in hospital and released after a collision in the 4th race of the six dash card over the weekend at EPR.
