Saint John police are investigating nearly two dozen reports of vehicle windows being broken.
Sgt. Gino Doucet said police received 22 reports on Wednesday of broken windows.
Doucet said the damage was caused by what appears to be a BB gun.
Most of the calls came from the Lorneville area and the lower west side, he said.
There is no word if anyone has been arrested.
