Murder Suspect Sent For Second Psychiatric Assessment

An 18 year old man accused in connection with the death of a Riverview man, is being sent for another psychiatric assessment.

Devin Morningstar appeared in a Moncton courtroom this morning. He is charged with the first degree murder of 18 year old Baylee Wylie, and is also facing an arson charge.

Wylie’s body was found in a Sumac Street home during a fire on December 17th.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for two others wanted in connection with the death. 18 year old Tyler Noel and 20 year old Marissa Shephard are also charged with first degree murder and arson.

Morningstar will return to court on February 15th.
