City Police confirming 26 month old Alexzender O’Neill Flint-Kerr who died after falling and striking his head at his home on Chirstmas Day was brought to the Regional Hospital on December 24th of 2013 after suffering a head injury.
An investigation was carried out back then but no charges were laid.
Police are now waiting for the results of a pathologist’s report which may not be ready for a few weeks yet.
