We hunkered down and made it through unscathed – for the most part, anyway.
Despite some pretty significant blackouts and whiteout conditions on the roads, the Saint John Police say there weren’t any major accidents overnight. We’re still looking at some more snow in the forecast today and Environment Canada meteorologist Jeremy March tells CHSJ News there could also be a storm next week – although it’s simply too early to say.
Crews are still working to tackle the large drifts that have piled up, especially on less-travelled streets.
