Nominations Sought For NB Human Rights Award

If you know an outstanding volunteer who works to promote equality and human rights here in New Brunswick, here’s your chance to recognize their contributions publicly.

Nominations are being sought for the 28th annual New Brunswick Human Rights Award – the deadline is April 1.

The New Brunswick Human Rights Commission established the award in 1988 to mark the 40th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is presented annually to commemorate New Brunswick Human Rights Day, Sept. 15. Last year’s recipient was Corinne Gallant of Dieppe.

The nomination form and information about the nomination process are available online here
