Alfred Alphonse LeBlanc (Freddy), 69 years old passed away peacefully in the Palliative Care unit at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday January 24, 2026. He was the son of the late Alphonse and Therese LeBlanc. He is survived by his sister; Cecile Delaney (Kevin), sister – in – law; Cathy LeBlanc, niece; Gillian LeBlanc (Rachel), nephews, Justin Delaney, and Jarred LeBlanc, his long-time girlfriend; Dawn Marie Ingalls, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers; Paul and Ronald.

Freddy’s joys in life were many that included hockey games on T.V. or live. He loved the Montreal Canadians, football, movies at home, pizza (Romano’s was his favorite), music of all kinds and not too many could beat him with music trivia, he loved to read, and he loved Milford and the people there that he knew and grew up with. He loved the building where he lived and the people there. He loved the time spent at the cottage in Shediac with our family and friends. He was an animal lover, he volunteered at different venues hosted by area 506, the Salvation Army Kettles at Christmas time, Bingo at the community room in his building and for the Knights of Columbus when he was an active Knight of Columbus, access center for Prude, and the Milford Community Center.

The family would like to thank the staff from 4CN and 3BN Palliative Care Unit at the Saint John Regional Hospital for the great care he received there. We also want to thank his homecare worker Eugene Radcliffe and all his past workers who cared for Freddy.
