It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane Geraldine King at the Saint John Regional Hospital on October 30, 2026. Born on April 24, 1940, in Saint John, NB, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Laura (McDermott) King.
Diane will be profoundly missed by her children Norman Dorbyson, Ralph Dorbyson, Brian Dorbyson (Dora), Chris Dorbyson (Mindy), Tracy Webster (Richard), Troy Dorbyson (Carrie), and Kathleen King, siblings Brenda Price (the late Alan), Wayne King, Murray King, and sister-in-law Janet King (the late Robert King), along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Aside from her parents, Diane will be lovingly reunited with her partner Donnie, daughter Carolyn Ann, and several of her siblings.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). At Diane’s request, a private family service will be held.
