Rosè Marie Aucoin passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the age of 91. Rosè was born on April 6, 1934 in Rogersville, NB to the late Joseph Michel and Marguerite (Pitre) Aucoin.
Rosè was well-known for her many years of service at Workers Compensation in Grand Bay Westfield. She found great joy in spending time with her dear friends, sharing many laughs together. A woman of deep faith, Rosè was a devoted member of the St. Francois-de-Sales parish, where she spent much of her time volunteering.
Rosè will be dearly missed by her brother Laurie Aucoin (Agnes) of Vancouver Island, many nieces and nephews, and close friends.
In addition to her parents, Rosè was predeceased by her brothers; Leo, Alderic, Francois, and Gerard Aucoin, and sisters; Rita Richard and Sister Therese Mary Crest.
Arrangements are under the care of Castle Fallsview Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3, 506-634-1701. A Mass for Rosè will be held in May 2026 at St. Franciois- de- Sales, service details to be announced. Donations in Rosè’s memory can be made to St. Francois- de- Sales Building Fund or a charity of the donor’s choice.
