Victor Arthur Merryweather Scott

July 4, 1941  –  December 23, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Arthur Scott announce his passing on

December 23rd , 2025, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on July 4, 1941, in Saint John, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Victor and Madalein Scott.

In addition to his wife Diane, he will be lovingly remembered by his children, Jonathon

(Wendy) and Matthew Scott.

Arthur’s family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the Saint John Regional

Hospital for their exceptional care.

A celebration of life will be held in the Spring. Arrangements are in the care and

direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424).

For those who wish, donations can be made to St. Luke’s Anglican Church, the SPCA

Saint John Animal Rescue or a charity of the donor’s choice.
