An Oromocto realtor has lost his licence after breaches of the Real Estate Agents Act were discovered during a recent review of his business.
K. Walter Moore is the owner and manager of Town & Country Market Realty.
The breaches include improper use of a trust account by failing to deposit money directly into trust, and the withdrawal of trust funds to pay operating expenses.
Moore had an opportunity to be heard in December by a commission, but failed to attend.
Moore is not allowed to apply for a new licence for at least one year.
Town & Country Market Realty has been ordered to take down its website.
