PC Leader Blaine Higgs says he was a little disappointed there was not an election call saying he wanted to get on with it.
But he adds it was a wake up call for his party to get ready for the election whenever it comes.
Higgs says he is looking forward to the opening of the Legislature on Tuesday and now has something new to add to his long list of topics for question period, what he calls this fisasco over the weekend.
Higgs says the Premier blaming staff for the wording and intent of the media advisory on Friday night isn’t the first time he has blamed staff for a mistake on his part.
