Year 11 of the Saint John Dragon Boat Festival is days away at Renforth Wharf in Rothesay.
Jill Logan tells us they have made a few changes in the way the races will work on Saturday.
She says all of the teams will get three races in this year with the final races scheduled for around 4pm.
This year they are raising money for a Breast Health Ultrasound and a software program that helps ageing patients stay engaged mentally and physically.
Because of the rain today, practices are not being held tonight but will be held tomorrow night instead.
