The Opposition Conservatives think so with Rothesay MLA Ted Flemming arguing there is the appearance and perception of a conflict of interest.
Arseneault says he met with the Integrity Commissioner to make sure everything was on the up and up. He says it is if no lobbying is done while an MLA.
