Provincial Health Minister Victor Boudreau has announced a select committee of the legislature will be created to formulate policies on marijuana with legalisation coming in July of next year.
The committee will be comprised of M-L-A’s from both the government side and the official opposition.
They will delve into issues such as what the legal age should be for having marijuana, the maximum legal amount you should have and growing marijuana plants on private property.
